3.1 - The Platform allows users to submit and vote on product features. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform.

3.2 - By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and make derivative works of such content in any format or medium now known or later developed, for any purpose.

3.3 - You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant the above license for any content you submit to the Platform.

4.1 - You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms and Conditions.

4.2 - You agree not to submit any User Content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, or otherwise violates any law or the rights of any third party.

5.1 - All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the Platform or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

12.2 - Product owners retain sole discretion over the development and implementation of features for their products.

13.1 - Product builders acknowledge that user feedback provided through the Platform is provided on an advisory basis and may not always reflect the opinions or preferences of the entire user base.

13.2 - Product builders agree to consider user feedback in good faith but are not bound by it.

14.1 - Product builders agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about their products when submitting them to the Platform.

14.2 - Product builders are responsible for ensuring that the information provided about their products is truthful and does not mislead users.

15.1 - We reserve the right to remove any product from the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that it violates these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason.

16.1 - Product builders acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from their submission of products to the Platform or their use of user feedback obtained through the Platform.

18.1 - These Additional Terms for Product Builders shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the local Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

19.1 - Users may submit feature suggestions for products listed on the Platform.

19.2 - By submitting a feature suggestion, you grant product builders and the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, and publicly display your suggestion for the purpose of evaluating and potentially implementing the suggested feature.

19.3 - You represent and warrant that your feature suggestions do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

20.1 - You retain ownership of your feature suggestions and any intellectual property rights associated with them.

20.2 - Product builders and the Platform are under no obligation to compensate you for your feature suggestions, whether or not they are implemented.

21.1 - Users agree to submit feature suggestions that are lawful, respectful, and relevant to the products listed on the Platform.

21.2 - Users agree not to submit feature suggestions that are infringing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, or otherwise violate any law or the rights of any third party.

22.1 - Users acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from their submission of feature suggestions to the Platform or the use of such suggestions by product builders.

23.1 - Users agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to their submission of feature suggestions to the Platform or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

24.1 - While we take reasonable measures to safeguard the data stored on the Platform, users acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible for any loss of data or unauthorized access to data stored on the Platform.

24.2 - Users are responsible for maintaining backups of any data or content they submit to the Platform, including but not limited to feature suggestions, comments, and user profiles.

24.3 - In the event of data loss or unauthorized access, we will make reasonable efforts to restore the affected data, but we make no guarantees regarding the completeness or timeliness of such restoration.

24.4 - Users agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any loss of data or unauthorized access to data stored on the Platform, including but not limited to claims by third parties.
